Multiple testing quality assurance

1. Gear detector (all aspects of gear detection)
2. Vickers hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester (test the hardness again to ensure wear resistance) 3. Radial runout detection (detect the running-in and balance of the motor to reduce the wear and tear of the motor and make it noise-free during high-speed operation) 4. Withstand voltage meter ( Detect leakage, higher than normal voltage, no leakage) 5. Turn-to-turn tester, surge test electronic stator winding turn-to-turn insulation quality, bold coils have the same power and torque output, and the torque is greater.
6. Molecular comprehensive tester: Check for defects after the motor stator is embedded with wires, and investigate and deal with unqualified defective products (stator: the part of the motor corresponding to the rotating part and fixed on the casing)
7. Comprehensive motor tester: detects that all data of the motor meet the standards. 8. Dynamometer: welding, insulation, power frequency withstand voltage, inter-turn withstand voltage can automatically and multi-waveform any inter-chip, any impact method and repeated impact times. Correspondingly judge other inter-turn withstand voltage tests 9. Before the motor is shipped, it will be powered on for testing and debugging.

The output revolutions of the speed-adjustable motor are about 1250-1350 revolutions per minute. The output revolutions of the fixed-speed motor are about 1400 revolutions per minute. When selecting the reduction ratio, pay attention to the motor input revolutions: motor input revolutions/reduction ratio = reducer output revolutions. For example: 1350 /10 = 135 rpm AC speed control motor usage precautions
It is not recommended to use the speed regulator below 50% of the full speed. Using it below 50% may cause the motor temperature to be too high and burn out the coil, reduce the output torque, and cannot carry the rated load.

Things to note when choosing a speed-adjustable motor

1: Speed: Determine the rotation speed according to your needs, and select the closest rotation speed in our reduction ratio option table. If there is no exact rotation speed, choose the rotation number closest to regular working operation. When the speed-regulating motor is unloaded, the motor can have stepless speed regulation, and the speed can be slowed down to the maximum speed of 0. However, when the motor is equipped with equipment and loaded with load: please pay special attention to:
Operating status description 1: The load is small and the motor does not work continuously for a long time. The speed regulator must not be adjusted lower than 40% of the full speed. Operation status description 2: The load is large and the motor works continuously for a long time. The speed regulator must not be adjusted lower than 40% of the full speed. 60% of full speed
2: Torque: Amateur buyers can estimate it based on a simple torque concept: for example, if the torque is 20KG and the CM output shaft is equipped with a pulley with a radius of 2CM, the belt tension will be 10KG. If the pulley radius is 20CM, the belt tension will be only 1KG. By analogy, if possible, you can first prepare the working mechanism and measure the torque requirements before choosing a motor. After the speed-adjusted motor is slowed down by the speed regulator, its output torque value also decreases proportionally. Therefore, buyers are reminded that the speed adjustment is not recommended to be lower than 50% of the full revolution. If you need to increase the speed adjustment range, reserve as much power margin as possible when selecting options.
3: Power: According to the selected speed, torque, and shaft force, the power is determined. Choose large or small power.
4: Summary: Characteristics of speed-regulating motors. When the speed regulator is adjusted to the maximum value (fastest speed), the torque value is the largest;
When the speed regulator is adjusted to the minimum value (low speed operation), the torque value decreases accordingly;

Safety Precautions

Overall
Please do not use the gearbox and motor beyond the specifications on the nameplate or product catalog to avoid electric shock, injury, and damage to the device. Do not put fingers or objects into the openings of the gearbox or motor to avoid electric shock, injury, fire, and damage to the device. Do not use a damaged gearbox or motor to avoid possible injury or fire. Please do not remove the nameplate.
If the product is modified privately by the customer, it is not covered by the warranty and the company does not assume any responsibility.

Move
When moving, it is very dangerous if it falls off or falls over, so please pay full attention to it.

Install
Please never place combustible objects around the gearbox and motor to avoid fire. Do not place objects around the motor, which may affect the ventilation and cooling of the motor, or even cause burns or fires due to abnormal heat. Do not touch the gear and motor shaft with bare hands. Keyways at the ends and gear parts to avoid injury. In devices such as food machinery that may generate smoke, please add an additional oil cup that can hold oil at the installation site to prevent oil leakage from having a negative impact on the product.
CONNECTION TO MAIN MACHINE ASSEMBLY THE MAIN MACHINE
Please install a safety cover on the rotating part to prevent injuries. Please confirm the direction of rotation before connecting to the other party's machine. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, there is a risk of injury or damage to the device.

Wiring
When measuring insulation resistance, please do not touch the terminals to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Danger

Wiring
Please connect to the power supply according to the wiring diagram or instruction manual to avoid electric shock or fire (if there is no terminal box, please make sure to strengthen the insulation of the connecting part). Please do not excessively bend, stretch, clamp, or tighten the power cable and motor lead. To avoid the risk of electric shock, the ground terminal should be firmly grounded to avoid the risk of electric shock. Be sure to use a power supply that meets the nameplate requirements to avoid burning the motor and causing a fire.

Operation
During operation, never approach or come into contact with rotating objects (shafts, etc.). If you are involved or injured, please turn off the power switch immediately. When dealing with power outages in a timely manner, be sure to turn off the power switch to prevent injuries or damage to the device after a power call. Please note: A motor with a thermal protector will automatically cut off the power supply when the motor temperature rises abnormally. When the motor temperature rise drops to a certain value, the motor will automatically resume work. (Note: The motor will automatically recover if it is not burned out)

Daily inspection and maintenance
In normal times, to protect the motor during normal operation (except for special models), please never come into contact with rotating objects (shafts, etc.), as it may be involved or injured.

Inspection upon receipt of goods
Please confirm whether the spot stock is the same as the order. Choosing the wrong product may cause damage to the motor or device.
