Parts to be inspected during maintenance of micro gear reduction motors

Micro gear reduction motor is the best among reduction motors with high technical content. It is made according to the latest technical requirements. Micro reduction motor not only saves space, is reliable and durable, and has high overload capacity, but also has low energy consumption and high performance. First, you need to check the motor's lubrication system, and check the lubricating oil quality 3 to 4 weeks before the inspection. If you want to know the precise index, you can take an oil sample and send it to the lubricant supplier for testing. As a result, bad oil will affect the improper use of the motor, causing pipe blockage or heat exchanger failure. A lubricant with good results means it can be used for another year without having to change the oil, which also proves the need for regular motor inspections.

The following are the parts to check when inspecting the lubrication system:

 

1. Check the remaining amount of lubricating oil in the fuel tank to ensure sufficient oil volume, and check the seals to prevent leakage;

 

2. Check whether there are precipitated pollutants and foreign substances at the bottom of the fuel tank;

 

3. Check the heat exchanger to prevent leakage or blockage, and observe the oil temperature to determine whether the heat exchanger is cooling the lubricating oil correctly;

 

4. Check the pressure gauge, oil pump, fuel injector, oil filling hole, oil level indicator, filter and other lubrication devices to ensure normal operation;

 

5. If the observation hole of the reducer gearbox is large enough and the bearing and oil supply groove can be seen, the bearing and oil supply groove should be checked to ensure that there are no debris blocking the oil path and that the lubricating oil can flow into the bearing smoothly;

 

6. The vents and filters should be installed correctly to ensure normal operation;

 

7. The condition of the universal joint and the machine base should also be included in the inspection items.

 

When inspecting the micro gear reduction motor, the gear box of the reduction motor should be opened. If circumstances do not allow it, just opening the observation hole is also acceptable. Wipe the surface of the gear teeth of the reducer clean and observe and record the surface condition. But even with very detailed records, it is difficult to distinguish the difference between the gear tooth surface of the reducer this time and the next. If conditions permit, color photos are the best way to record surface changes.
