Important Notes When Using a Water Pump!
1) Minimize the amount of time the pump idles in a dry environment; never operate without a medium. 2) When operating submersible, the pump should be submerged below the water surface. When operating on land, water should flow naturally into the pump inlet (the pump is a centrifugal pump and does not have a self-priming function). 3) Do not allow ferromagnetic impurities or particles to enter the magnetic drive or cause bearing friction. After transporting media that are prone to crystallization or precipitation, flush immediately (to do this: stop the pump, fill it with clean water, and run it for 1 minute). When conveying media with solid particles, it should be filtered at the inlet of the pump flow pipe (the pump can only be used for clean water or non-impurity media such as low-density transformer oil. If used in media with impurities, please filter the impurities first to avoid clogging and thus burning the pump); 4) The water pump should be operated under the specified temperature conditions. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the medium temperature, which may easily lead to magnet demagnetization and control circuit performance degradation; 5) Before connecting the hose to the pump outlet, remember to exhaust the air in the pump first; 6) Do not connect the circuit polarity in reverse!! Also, pay attention to the DC power supply to the water pump before use. Does the power supply exceed the maximum rated voltage of the pump? Note: This requires a DC power supply! Otherwise, the pump will burn out.

Learn in detail about the pump's performance, such as operating voltage, current, temperature, amphibious suitability (our products are all centrifugal pumps, not self-priming), applicable media, acid and alkali resistance, inlet and outlet port sizes, whether speed regulation is required, head (maximum static head refers to the maximum height the pump can vertically pump when connected to a pipe without flow. Therefore, when selecting a pump, be sure to choose one with a maximum head that exceeds your requirements), and flow rate.
The supporting power supply of the water pump, that is, 110-240V to 24V/5A (24V water pump) or 12V/5A (12V water pump) DC power supply (it is required to purchase the water pump + power supply, and the separate water pump can only be connected to 24V or 12V DC voltage. Water shortage protection function description: The pump can repeatedly power off and self-check to protect the pump in the absence of water to avoid the pump running dry and burning the pump (Special instructions for pumps with water shortage protection function: 1. The water pump only has the power-off repeated self-check protection function when working under 24V (24V water pump) or 12V (12V water pump) DC voltage. When there is no water, the water pump will start and stop repeatedly until there is water and it will start normally again; below 24V (24V water pump) or 12V (12V water pump) DC voltage, although it can run, there is no power-off self-check protection function)
