The winding is an important and key component of the motor product. The electromagnetic wire is an important part of the winding. The electromagnetic round wire enters the iron core in the form of loose embedding, while the electromagnetic flat wire and copper bar winding must be inserted into the iron core slot before entering the iron core slot. , for molding and package insulation treatment.Scatter-embedded winding, which is what we call soft winding, has a relatively simple processing procedure, that is, after the winding is completed, it is embedded in the iron core slot manually or mechanically, and fewer molds are involved; while for the formed winding , That is to say, hard winding, it needs to go through winding, forming, insulation treatment and other processes. For high-voltage motor products, due to the particularity of the electromagnetic wire, the gelling process must also be carried out.

However, from the perspective of motor reliability, because the number of turns of hard winding motors is relatively small, the probability of inter-turns will be smaller. On the other hand, because the winding process is formed by molds, the forming effect is better, and human factors It should be less; from the perspective of ventilation and heat dissipation, the physical space distribution of the hard winding is better, especially for the hard winding rotor, the winding itself can form a congenital fan. However, whether to choose soft winding or hard winding should be determined according to the specific characteristics and working conditions of the motor.

Small knowledge of motor winding

● Winding : It is the arrangement and connection of coils according to certain rules. Coils can be divided into multi-turn coils and single-turn coils. Concepts related to coils include effective sides, ends, and coil pitches.

● Pitch : It is the range occupied by each magnetic pole along the inner circle of the stator core.

● Single-layer winding and double-layer winding : Only one component side is placed in one slot of single-layer winding, and two component sides are placed in one slot of double-layer winding.

Rotating magnetic field : In order to form a rotating magnetic field in the motor, which phase current should flow through each effective side of the stator slot is regular, and the purpose of the arrangement of the three-phase windings is to reflect the law and form a rotating magnetic field.

The composition rules of the three-phase winding: the number of slots of each phase winding must be equal and evenly distributed on the stator; the three-phase windings should be spaced apart from each other by 120 degrees electrical angle; the three-phase winding generally adopts a 60-degree phase belt, that is, three- phase The active edge is evenly divided into six phase bands under a pair of magnetic fields.
