Technological Requirements

1. The appearance of the motor is clean and there are no oil spots.
2. Turn it gently by hand. The motor should run smoothly without any jamming.
3. The logo is firmly pasted and positioned correctly.
4. Observed from the driving end, when the alphabetical order of the motor wire ends is consistent with the power supply phase sequence, the motor rotation direction is counterclockwise.
5. Apply anti-rust oil 202-1 to the shaft extension end after assembly.
6. The sensor lead length is 750±10mm.
7. The air tightness of the whole machine is tested, the pressure is 10Kpa, and the leakage rate is less than 10ml/min. Only after passing the inspection can it leave the factory.
