Regarding wiring: The DC electric actuator motor (12V/24VDC) has two positive and negative wires. Reversing the positive and negative poles controls extension and retraction. A forward/reverse switch can be added to control extension and retraction. Faster speeds result in lower thrust; slower speeds result in greater thrust.
The actuator motor bracket/controller/power supply are available separately. Contact customer service if needed.
Instructions and Precautions:
1. The actuator motor has built-in limit switches, automatically stopping at full extension or full retraction. Any power outage will cause the actuator to stop.
2. The actuator motor stroke is not adjustable and is factory-set. Power supply: 12V or 24V DC.
3. The actuator motor speed can be adjusted by adjusting the voltage. Reducing the voltage also reduces both speed and thrust.
Note: Actuator motors are not suitable for use in water.
4. When using multiple actuators simultaneously, due to tolerances in internal gears, motor rotors, and other components, the speeds may be similar. Water damage or burnout of the motors is not covered by the warranty.
