Recently, Zhongchuang launched the OS high manganese iron lithium battery for the first time. The battery adopts the thermoelectric separation technology, the energy density reaches 180Wh/kg, and the vehicle can reach 700 kilometers. It is reported that the reliability test is currently underway on the relevant supporting models.

The OS battery uses the first performance principle to reconstruct the structure and process manufacturing technology of the battery cell. The TPP (thermal suppression protection) 2.0 technology developed by China Innovation Aviation adopts the design of thermoelectric separation. When the battery encounters thermal runaway and pressure relief, high temperature and conduction will quickly cause a more complex short circuit. The direction of the pressure relief of the cells is along the height direction - the Z direction. It will not directly impact the connection of strong electricity, including the short circuit of strong electricity caused by the destruction of insulation and the deposition of high-temperature conductive substances. At the same time, an independent pressure relief space is set up to ensure that the gas is not cross-linked with strong electricity. In addition, through the saving of Z-direction space, the bump space and the pressure relief space of the original cell are combined into one, saving about 7% of the space in height.

Through technological innovation at the PACK level, the mileage development of the phosphate system is supported to 700 kilometers, so that the slope of the cost curve between 600 kilometers and 800 kilometers in the middle becomes lower. Lithium iron manganese phosphate can replace the original ternary products on the 700-kilometer model.
